Who am I ?
 
My name is Trudy Curtis and I live with my husband,2 teenage sons and a westie on the outskirts of south Bristol.
 
Why did I become a personal trainer ?
 
I was a registered nurse for 22 years.I loved my job but I needed a new challenge in life.
 
I have always been passionate about keeping myself fit and healthy and have enjoyed taking regular exercise and eating  a sensible,healthy balanced diet. I have always believed that exercise and a healthy diet can benefit you and make you feel good about yourself.
 
It was with this in mind that I was inspired to study to become a personal trainer.I passed my diploma in personal training with Lifetime health and fitness. I was then registered on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) as a level 3 advanced personal trainer.

All sessions are tailored to suit your individual needs.They are varied and fun ,giving you inspiration and the motivation to reach your goals.
 
Personal training sessions are held in your home and a range of different equipment is provided.
 
 Whether you want to lose weight, improve your overall health and fitness levels or run a 10K for example it can be done!
 
I  run a very popular circuit  training class in Stockwood on a Monday evening at 7.30pm.This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.No need to book just turn up ready to have fun ,meet some new people and improve your fitness levels too.
 
I am a qualified  Boxercise instructor and I run  a local Boxercise class every Tuesday at 7pm in Stockwood.
Booking is advisable for this class due to its popularity and avaliable equipment.
